Ideal for the extremely organized couple who just wants to relax on their big day

You’ve hired a rental company, florist and/or caterer to handle your tablescapes and décor. You’ve sifted through the details of every vendor contract to make sure your bases are covered. But you still need a pro to piece it all together, create a professional timeline & floorplan that makes sense, logistically, for your vendors, set-up/breakdown your personal details and direct the flow of events throughout the day. You need a director to take the reins and cue the DJ for all of your formalities. You need someone to line up your wedding party for processional and grab family members for photos. Sit back and enjoy every moment of your special day while Celestial Love Events steps in to make sure everything runs smoothly.

“The Showrunner”

(Month-Of Coordination)

Ideal for the couple that doesn’t want to or doesn't have the time to sweat the details

 

You are, simply, overwhelmed by the details of it all. You picked a date and a venue and all of these awesome vendors but you don't want to or don't have time to deal with putting all of the puzzle pieces together and sifting through all of your vendor contracts to make sure you have your bases covered for a seamless day.  The last month before a wedding day is always the most stressful one for a multitude of reasons. You start to realize all of those last-minute things you forgot to do like getting wedding party gifts, printing out photos to display, answering a million questions from your family and friends and the list goes on...

On top of it all, you, additionally, have vendors contacting you with ALL of the questions and begging for a timeline of events. This package takes quite a bit of weight off of your shoulders and allows Celestial Love Events to take a heavier hand in the final steps of your planning process.

(Day-Of Coordination)

Package Includes:

  • Complimentary Consultation prior to booking

  • Creation/Execution of Timeline & Floorplan

  • Distribution of Timeline & Floorplan to all vendors

  • Communication with all vendors the three weeks leading up to your wedding day

  • List of recommended vendors

  • Wedding Day Details Questionnaire

    • Provided at the time of booking​​

    • This helps to guide you through your planning process & gets all your details in order

    • This is what your coordinator uses to build your Timeline

  • Unloading & set-up of your personal items:

    • Ceremony Items (unity candle etc.)

    • Programs

    • Card & Gift table items

    • Guestbook

    • Memory Table items

    • Engagement and/or Family photos

    • Escort cards/Seating chart

    • Signage

    • Favors

  • On-Site Coordination of your event includes but is not limited to:

    • Coordination & communication with all vendors the day-of your wedding to make sure everyone is on time & setting up according to your vision

    • Direction of Ceremony (DJ, musicians, officiant & wedding party processional & recessional)

    • Timekeeping for your post-ceremony photos with your photographer

    • Management of catering to ensure food & beverage service is on track and in adherence to your, agreed upon, contract

    • Coordination with DJ of reception formalities (First Dance, Family Dances, Cake Cutting, Bouquet & Garter Toss etc.)

    • Coordination through the end of reception as well as load-out (includes collection & load-out of personal items and oversight of vendor clean up)

  • Optional use of the following items provided by Celestial Love Events:​

    • (3) Easels available for your Welcome Sign, Seating Chart & Ceremony Sign​ etc.

    • Flower Girl Basket & Ring Pillow

    • Card Box

    • Acrylic Signs: Gifts & Cards, Guestbook, Reserved & Memory Table signs 

    • Polaroid Camera for Guestbook (you provide the film)

    • Table Numbers

    • Cake Cutting Set

    • Cake Stand(s) *only up to 10"

  • (1) Meeting:

    • Approximately 4 weeks prior to your wedding day to go over your Timeline and make any changes that are needed. Additionally at this meeting, your coordinator will accompany you on your venue walk-through and discuss your Floorplan. 

    • At 3 weeks prior to your wedding, Coordinator will handle ALL questions from/communication with your vendors so that you don't have to. 

  • Unlimited phone calls & texts, as needed, the month leading up to your wedding

 

Pricing:

  • $900

  • Optional Addition of Rehearsal Coordination (1 hour) - ($100) *Rehearsal time subject to availability & confirmed 30 days prior.

    • 1st meeting: Approximately 2 months prior to your wedding (with option for earlier) to go over your vision, basic Timeline structure, vendor information, Wedding Day Details Questionnaire and any other details you would like to discuss. Coordinator will help you pinpoint any problem areas/changes that need to be made, logistically, with other vendors before it is too late to do so. Additionally at this meeting, your coordinator will accompany you on your venue walk-through and discuss your Floorplan.

    • 2nd meeting: Approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding to review your Timeline draft & make changes, as needed.

    • From this point on, Coordinator handles ALL questions from/communication with your vendors so that you don't have to. 

    • 3rd meeting: Approximately 1 month prior to your wedding to solidify the final version of your Timeline & Floorplan

  • Unlimited phone calls & texts, as needed, the 2 months leading up to your wedding

  • Rehearsal Coordination (1 hour)- *Rehearsal time subject to availability & confirmed 30 days prior.
