This package includes assistance with final details for your day including creation of your floorplan & a detailed timeline of events. You'll also receive a detailed questionnaire at the time of booking to help with planning!

Have a few vendors booked but need a bit of help with the planning? 

This package includes assistance with selecting & hiring remaining vendors with your budget & style in mind, making sure you have the essentials of what you need for your day by reviewing all contracts & coordination/communication with all vendors the 3 months leading up to your wedding day. This package can be specifically customized to your needs

This package is ideal for the couple who needs someone else to take the wheel and just wants to be handed choices. If you don't have time for research, organization or design, this is the package for you!

Full Planning includes booking of all vendors using your budget as a guide, scheduling of vendor meetings, styling that reflects your vision, unlimited communication, vendor payment and deadline reminders, checklists and more!

Corporate Events

All packages include the following:

  • Complimentary Consultation prior to booking

  • Creation/Execution of Timeline & Floorplan

  • Distribution of Timeline & Floorplan to all vendors

  • List of recommended vendors

  • Unloading & set-up of your personal items:

    • Ceremony Items (unity candle etc.)
    • Programs

    • Card & Gift table items

    • Guestbook

    • Memorial items

    • Photos

    • Escort cards/Seating chart

    • Signage

    • Favors

  • On-Site Coordination of your event includes but is not limited to:

    • Coordination & communication with all vendors  to make sure everyone is on time & setting up according to your vision

    • Direction of Ceremony (DJ, musicians, officiant & wedding party processional & recessional)

    • Timekeeping for your post-ceremony photos with your photographer

    • Management of catering to ensure food & beverage service is on track and in adherence to your, agreed upon, contract

    • Coordination with DJ of reception formalities (First Dance, Family Dances, Cake Cutting, Bouquet & Garter Toss etc.)

    • Coordination through the end of reception as well as load-out (includes collection & load-out of personal items and oversight of vendor clean up)

  • Optional use of the following items provided by Celestial Love Events:​

    • (2) Easels available for your Welcome Sign, Seating Chart, Ceremony Sign​ etc.

    • Flower Girl Basket & Ring Pillow

    • Card Box

    • Acrylic Signs

    • Polaroid Camera for Guestbook (you provide the film)

  • Attendance at venue walkthrough
